1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 8999k platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated funds.

As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance obligations, 8999k may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide these documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure. Required documents may include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driver's License).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the last 3 months).

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

8999k supports fast and secure deposits through a range of trusted payment channels popular across Bangladesh. All deposit transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We currently accept deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

The following conditions apply to all deposits on the 8999k platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be refunded after KYC verification.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 8999k account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent verified deposit. All withdrawal requests are subject to a standard review process, which may take between 1–3 business days depending on the payment provider.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requests below this amount will not be processed.

• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fully met before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Funds locked under an active bonus rollover are not withdrawable.

The following rules govern all betting activity on the platform:

11. Limitation of Liability
